Nebraska Innovation Campus, Rise Building
Clark & Enersen designed the Rise Building on the Nebraska Innovation Campus for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The three-story, mixed-use development is located northeast of the corner of 21st Street and Transformation Drive.
The Rise Building is an $18 million investment that features a business incubator and common spaces designed to spur collaboration. It was thoughtfully designed with an open concept to quickly adapt to the future needs of tenants. The area around the building includes a community garden and space for outdoor activities.
We also provided master planning, architecture, laboratory planning, site planning, landscape architecture, interior design, and mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering services for the laboratory-related projects on the Nebraska Innovation Campus. This included designing the four-story, 92,000-square-foot Food Innovation Center.
