Nebraska Chamber of Commerce
Clark & Enersen was selected to complete a 4,620-square-foot tenant finish project for the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NE Chamber) at the 3 Landmark Centre in Lincoln, Neb. The NE Chamber acts as the voice of business in the legislature and represents the interests of more than 1,500 businesses across the state.
Guiding concepts of this tenant finish project included growing talent, moving forward, progression, and connections. RedThread worked to revise NE Chamber’s branding and created a new logo that was used as the conceptual driver for the project. Two triangles make up the shape of an ‘N’ for Nebraska, with a strong diagonal cross moving up to symbolize the economic recovery and growth of Nebraska businesses.
The space within 3 Landmark Centre was designed to highlight business members and donors, with a dynamic donor recognition wall and business hall of fame. The names of Nebraska companies that support the chamber are visible from the corridor. The reception desk was inspired by the shape of the new logo, and our team created several private offices, workstation groupings, casual meeting space, and a coffee bar.
The conference room has the premier view of the Nebraska State Capitol Building, which represents the work they do in the legislature. Color-changing lighting can be customized to each client who is meeting in that room, providing teal, dark blue, green, or other colors to represent their distinct branding. Office window privacy film throughout is a variation of different thickness of stripes, signaling the movement in the economy and businesses of varying size.
