First Nebraska Trust Company, Office Relocation
Clark & Enersen was hired by First Nebraska Trust Company to help relocate their offices to the first floor of the 1 Landmark Centre, a Class A office complex that was also completed by our firm. The space was designed to give the company’s clientele peace of mind that their financial services are in the care of local professionals while also facilitating real, long-lasting relationships. This especially important as First Nebraska Trust specializes in trust services, estate planning, and investment management.
The entrance has the comfortable feel of a residential living rooms, with elements of wood and rich textures paired with gentle covers and local Nebraska artwork throughout. Inside, the reception area features artwork depicting a Platte Valley scene with a low horizon and dominate sky in a nod to the company’s services that focus on the big picture of life. There is also a coffee bar near reception for enhanced hospitality.
The open office area features a custom Shannon Hansen sculpture that weaves metal strips to evoke permanence, movement, and trustworthiness. Office fronts feature wood and glass framing, to allow for more natural light while also providing privacy for the work conducted inside. Private offices and workstations feature adjustable height worksurfaces, and ample storage. The conference rooms vary in size and purpose, but all include textural wallcoverings and themed artwork. These materials and spaces work in harmony to reflect the quality service provided by First Nebraska Trust Company.
