Project Information

Nuckolls County School District No. 65-0011, commonly known as Superior Public Schools (the “District”), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a public entrance addition and renovation construction project.  The project location is 601 W. 8^th St., Superior, NE 68978.  The project site will be available immediately upon the District issuing a Notice to Proceed, with construction to commence on or about May 8, 2023.  Construction shall be substantially complete no later than August 4, 2023.

Bid Submittal and Opening

Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents.  One (1) completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to the location below.

Bid Date:  December 6, 2022
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder.

Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be received until 2p local time at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the high school building and in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives.
