Project Information

The Work of the Project involves 4,700 square foot interior finishes renovation and 1,000 square foot one-story, wood-framed entry addition.

Bid Submittal and Opening

Owner will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date: Thursday, June 8, 2023
Bid Time:  3:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location: Clark & Enersen, 1010 Lincoln Mall, Suite 200, Lincoln, NE 68508
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

An optional Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at St. Paulinus Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Prospective prime and sub bidders are welcome to attend. Access the building by parking in the east parking lot and entering on the east side of the building.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
