Project Information

The Work of the Project consists of removal and reroof of the existing locker room portion of the building. The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following:  Demolition of the existing roofing system, installation of new roofing system, flashing and sheet metal and associated work.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Lyons Decatur Northeast Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  April 19, 2023
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Lyons Decatur Northeast Schools, 400 S. 5th Street, Lyons, NE 68038
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

No prebid is assumed, if contractors desire to review the existing conditions, contact Superintendent Lindsey Baurdette.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions by addendum.
