Project Information

Dodge County School District No. 27-0594, commonly known as Logan View Public Schools (the “School District”), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a building construction project. Among other components, the project consists of renovating, remodeling, and improving the restrooms and adjacent facilities at the School District’s middle school, as shown in more detail in the plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by Architect Clark & Enersen.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Dodge County School District No. 27-0594, commonly known as Logan View Public Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  March 7, 2024
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Superintendent, 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.  The winning bid shall be announced by the Board of Education at its meeting to be held on March 11, 2024, or at such other meeting determined by the Board.

Pre-Bid Meeting

All Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference on February 20, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time at Logan View Public Schools, 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, bidding requirements, General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.

Bidding Documents and Bid Instructions

Bidding documents and bid instructions will not be available until after February 12, 2024.
