PROJECT INFORMATION.
Dodge County School District No. 27-0594, commonly known as Logan View Public Schools (the “School District”), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a building repair project consisting of, among other components, installing metal wall panels, repairing vertical wall and roofing interface, and replacing metal coping. The project location is 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031. The project site will be available for work to commence immediately on or about August 31, 2021. The School District’s goal is for the work to be substantially completed no later than November 30, 2021. Interested bidders that elect to propose an alternative date of substantial completion must include such proposed date in their bid.
BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING.
Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents. One (1) completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Logan View Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm CDT on August 24, 2021, at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives. Faxed bids are not allowed. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder.
AWARDING OF BID
The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The winning bid shall be announced by the Board of Education at its meeting to be held on August 30, 2021, or at such other meeting determined by the Board.
