Project Information

The Work of the Project involves sealed proposals for furnishing all equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Lincoln Regional Center Building 10 AHU & Chilled Water System Upgrades Project.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — AS/State Building Division — will receive sealed proposals until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  April 16, 2025
Bid Time:  3:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Pre-Bid Meeting

The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Lincoln Regional Center, Building 10, Lincoln, NE 68522 on April 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (CST).  Meet at the Lincoln Regional Building 10 west side main front entrance. Building 10 is located on the east side of Arboretum Ave. near the center of the LRC Campus.
