Project Information

The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following:  Construction of walls, floors, roofs, structural systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, interior and exterior finishes and associated site work for the renovation of and additions to the Shell Creek Elementary School building at 16786 280^th Street, Columbus, Nebraska.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Platte County School District 71-0005 Lakeview Community Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  November 23, 2021
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  District Office at the High School — 3744 83^rd Street, Columbus, NE 68601
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Lakeview Shell Creek Elementary on November 11, 2021 at 3:45 PM local time.  Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
