PROJECT INFORMATION. Johnson County Central Public Schools (the School District or Owner) is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a project. Project details are as follows:
Scope and Nature. This School Facilities Improvement Project will likely include some combination of new construction and/or renovation of existing facilities resulting in new or renovated high school, middle school, and/or elementary school buildings, related athletic facilities, and related infrastructure construction and improvements. It is possible that the Project may or may not be completed in separate phases.

All questions, clarification, or interpretations of the proposal documents regarding the project or this RFP should be directed to the architect or the School District’s legal counsel (Coady Pruett, KSB School Law, PC, LLO, coady@ksbschoollaw.com).
The total Project budget is approximately $18,000,000 to $48,000,000. The construction cost budget, is approximately $15,000,000 to $45,000,000.
Owner Consultants. Items to be completed by other Consultants (and paid directly by the Owner) are: Architecture and Engineering; Site Surveys; Soil Explorations; Theater/Acoustical/AV; Security/ Surveillance; Telecom; Food Services.
Consultants and other expenses to be paid directly by the CM are TBD.
