Project Information

The Work of the Project involves additions and renovations to the school district’s facilities.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — York County School District No. 93-0096, commonly known as Heartland Community Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  June 20, 2024
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Heartland Community Schools, 1501 Front Street, Henderson, NE 68371
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Heartland Community Schools, 1501 Front Street, Henderson, NE 68371 on June 4, 2024 at 1:30 PM local time.  Prospective prime bidders are encouraged to attend.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
