Project Information

Project consists of, but is not limited to, renovating the wood shop, select classrooms, adding a unisex restroom and surface refinishing as well as updating lighting in specific locations.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — David City Public Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  March 10, 2022
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  David City Public Schools Offices, 750 D Street, David City, NE 68632-1724.

Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Pre-Bid meeting for all bidders will be held at David City Public Schools, 750 D Street, David City, NE 68632 on March 1, 2022 at 10 a.m., local time.  Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.
